Apparatus Lab

A small group Pilates class designed for more individualized attention and a deeper practice. You'll experience the full Pilates system - Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, and Mat.

Movewell Mat

Movewell mat is a Pilates based strengthening class. We focus on strengthening the whole body, mobility, and breath work.

This class is all done on the mat with small Pilates equipment like the Pilates ring, small weights, bands, and the Pilates ball.

You will leave this class feeling stronger, have a better posture, and more connected to your body.
