Pilates Reformer

Pilates Mat
Mat work is an essential part of a balanced Pilates practice. There are so many reasons to love Mat, from the accessibility of the practice, to the wide range of offerings.
We offer Classical Pilates Mat classes which follow the original Pilates mat sequence, using only your body, gravity, and sometimes small props to create a full-body workout. As well as Movewell Mat classes & Pilates Mat Fusion which combine Pilates with functional fitness, and strength training. Additionally, we have certified passionate instructors who teach Mat Yoga Sculpt and Yoga Nidra here at Movewell.
Pilates Tower
Here at Movewell we offer group classes using the Pilates Tower system. Tower classes are a fun, full body workout incorporating exercises from the Cadillac, which is primarily used in private classes. The Pilates Tower’s purpose is to lengthen and build strength in the body through the Pilates system.
As part of the Pilates system, Tower classes are a great way to further your pilates practice by improving body awareness, alignment, and build strength for some of the more challenging exercises in reformer and mat classes. Our Tower classes are suitable for all levels!
Aerial Yoga
