We offer one-on-one classes for individuals looking for personal coaching in addition to post-injury physical training.

Pilates Reformer

The pilates reformer machine is a core part of our fitness routine! With a high level of variability in resistance, reformer classes range from Gentle to Advanced depending on your level and class demand.

Seated Fitness

We offer seated exercise courses geared for limited mobility and gentle fitness goals.

Seated fitness classes are offered outside in an open air setting and socially distanced.

Aerial Yoga

Get up and out with our arial classes. Hoop and silks are used to transport the body into the air. Students will learn basic techniques in safety and control and establish core strengths needed for arial aerobics.

Only available in-studio.

Bellies & Barre

This class is open to Mamas and Babies of carrier wearing age as well as pregnant mamas to be. Babies and Bellies Barre is a fun and gentle barre class done with babies in the carrier for all or most of the class. Class will include fun music, a pre/postnatal friendly workout and best of all a chance to build community with other mamas and their babes. 

We always recommend consulting with your care provider before beginning exercise, especially while pregnant or healing from the recent birth of your child.

Movewell Mat Class

Mat classes focus on strength, core and flexibility. These classes range in difficulty and incorporate elements of barre, pilates, yoga and traditional fitness. Weights and resistance bands are sometimes incorporated into these classes. We provide this equipment for you, but you’re also welcome to bring your own.
