Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be canceled by calling 707-599-2321. At least 24 hours in advance is required (COVID/illness exempt). Class passes with less than 24-hour notice will not be reissued. We're a small business with limited space. Thank you for understanding!

Refund Policy

As a small business, we respectfully uphold a zero refund policy. We do offer a transfer of services to another account holder or exchanges for alternate class passes of the same value.
