Pilates Mat
Mat work is an essential part of a balanced Pilates practice. There are so many reasons to love Mat, from the accessibility of the practice, to the wide range of offerings.
We offer Classical Pilates Mat classes which follow the original Pilates mat sequence, using only your body, gravity, and sometimes small props to create a full-body workout.
